Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks an experienced HVAC Engineer (Data Center) to design, validate, and deliver advanced cooling solutions for large-scale facilities in Indonesia. You will perform heat load calculations, airflow analyses, equipment selection, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure energy-efficient, reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HVAC system design, thermal engineering, MEP, or mechanical project delivery.
• Experience leading engineering activities in data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on design/delivery experience of large-scale data center cooling systems is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of chilled water, DX, CRAH/CRAC, cooling towers, AHU, heat load calculations, and thermal management.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC and cooling solutions for large-scale data centers, including heat load calculations and BOQ.
• Develop cooling system designs (chilled water, DX, CRAH/CRAC, cooling towers, pumps, piping, AHUs).
• Perform thermal analysis and evaluate performance for efficiency and reliability.
• Select HVAC equipment ensuring energy efficiency and compatibility with infrastructure.
• Collaborate with electrical, BMS, and other facility teams for integration.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Support installation, commissioning, testing, balancing, and handover activities.
• Prepare documentation, calculations, and reports per standards.
