Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks an experienced HVAC Engineer (Data Center) to lead the design, validation, and delivery of advanced cooling systems for large-scale facilities in Indonesia.

You will manage heat load calculations, equipment selection, and coordination with electrical, BMS, and clients to ensure reliable, energy-efficient operation on site in South Jakarta. The role requires strong teamwork and travel to site deployments as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC system design experience, preferably in data centers.
• Strong knowledge of heat load calculations and thermal management.
• Experience with large-scale data center cooling infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive HVAC and cooling solutions for data centers including BOQ.
• Perform thermal analysis and evaluate system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC with electrical and BMS.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Support site activities, commissioning, and field issue resolution.
