Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong specialization in technical or engineering roles.
• Deep understanding of various technical domains, programming languages, and engineering disciplines.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in challenging technical positions.
• Exceptional remote communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical and engineering roles, including software developers, data scientists, hardware engineers, and project managers.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for demanding roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on technical talent acquisition.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and technologies to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Provide insightful market intelligence on technical talent trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
