co:grow is a full-time, remote-first HR and recruitment practice in Indonesia, seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple client engagements. The role requires the ability to adapt to different client systems, build relationships with hiring managers, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Five years+ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience managing the end-to-end process from sourcing to offer.
• Prior experience in a recruitment agency, RPO, or multi-client environment preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from role briefs through interviews, offers, and handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and agree on a practical approach.
• Write clear, inclusive job descriptions and candidate communications.
• Source candidates via direct outreach, job boards, referrals, networks, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, references, and offers, moving the process forward.
• Create a professional and respectful candidate experience throughout.
