Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on high-volume recruitment for BPO and customer service roles. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from any location, connecting businesses with exceptional customer-facing talent.

You will source, screen, and manage candidates to fill numerous roles efficiently, ensuring quality and speed, while contributing to a remote-first culture of efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the BPO or customer service industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working remotely with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for BPO and customer service roles across various industries.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct efficient and effective candidate screenings and initial interviews.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and timelines.
• Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
