Elevating Marketing Limited is hiring a remote Sales Chat Specialist to handle inquiries in a fast-paced international team. You will reply to new leads, explain services transparently, and guide clients through registration, verification, and funding steps with CRM accuracy.

The role requires proven chat sales or customer support experience, basic forex knowledge or a keen willingness to learn, and reliable, organized work habits.

You are the first person a new lead talks to in our Telegram sales inbox. You answer questions, find out what the lead wants from trading, and guide them step by step to opening and funding an account with our partner broker. Every new lead gets a reply within 10 minutes.

Key responsibilities

About you

You can hold a natural, friendly conversation in writing, not a script

Good common sense: you think for yourself and know when to ask

Proven experience in chat sales, customer support or lead conversion

A basic understanding of forex or trading, or a strong wish to learn it

Accurate and organised, with records kept up to date

Reliable, so you never leave a lead waiting

A laptop and a stable internet connection

Fully remote work, 5 days a week, 4 to 6 hours a day

A fixed monthly pay plus a performance bonus

A clear two-week training with a personal trainer
