Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and promotion ability through chat.
• Very good chat handling ability and active listening skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion ability to convince potential customers.
• Positive personality, proactive, and able to work well within a team.
• Willing to work on weekends/Saturday-Sunday (days off on Weekdays).
• Customer satisfaction and service excellence mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle all chat inquiries from potential customers from various prospecting sources (social media, ads, and other sources) responsively
• Identify and filter prospects by assessing their level of interest and accurately collecting relevant lead information
• Explain program benefits and advantages effectively, answer questions, and handle customer complaints with appropriate solutions
• Schedule appointments or trial classes for qualified prospects and conduct regular follow-ups
• Maintain and update the lead contact database routinely to ensure data accuracy
• Participate actively in regular training sessions to improve communication skills and sales techniques
• Achieve or exceed monthly targets, particularly in lead-to-booking conversion rates
