Responsibilities

• Reply to new leads quickly and personally in a shared inbox.
• Explain our service clearly and honestly, without promising results.
• Guide leads through registration, verification and funding their account.
• Record every new client correctly in our sheets and CRM.
• Write a short handover report at the end of each shift.
• Work closely with our retention and control team.
