PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a commercially driven PR Sales Manager to expand regional sales for energy storage and PV modules across Asia. The role requires strong international selling experience, stakeholder relationship management, and the ability to work remotely from Jakarta with travel as needed.

You will develop pipelines, monitor market trends, and collaborate with distributors, customers, and internal teams to meet revenue targets and broaden the company's regional market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international or overseas sales experience, including at least 2 years in energy storage, solar, photovoltaic, or related renewables markets.
• Strong understanding of overseas sales processes and renewable energy market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market development for energy storage and PV modules within the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Execute regional sales strategies and company policies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and expand the company's customer base.
• Monitor market trends, industry policies, and competitor activities; provide insights to management.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, forecasts, and business development recommendations.
