Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in fleet/transportation/logistics.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations.
- Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, safety regulations, and supply chain optimization.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
