Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, safety regulations, and supply chain optimization.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and improve on-time delivery across the region.
• Manage and mentor a team of remote dispatchers and site-based fleet supervisors.
• Oversee fleet maintenance schedules, ensuring safety compliance and minimizing downtime.
• Monitor KPIs for fleet operations and analyze data to identify trends.
• Ensure adherence to transportation regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to manage fleet acquisition, disposition, and vendor relations.
