Job summary

Groove is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize remote transportation operations across multiple territories. The role focuses on fleet effectiveness, safety, and service delivery while coordinating a dispersed team from a remote location.

Leading remote dispatchers and site-based supervisors, you will drive cost reductions, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor KPIs to identify trends and improvements in regional logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in fleet management or logistics operations.
• Experience leading remote teams and managing dispersed operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, safety regulations, and supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor a remote dispatch team and site-based fleet supervisors.
• Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and safety compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement and ops to manage fleet acquisition and vendor relations.
