Job summary

Amartha is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to oversee transportation operations across multiple territories from a remote location. You will drive efficiency, ensure safety and compliance, and lead a dispersed team of remote dispatchers and site-based supervisors.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong fleet maintenance knowledge, and proficiency with fleet management software and data analysis tools. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive fleet management or logistics experience.
• Experience leading remote teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, safety regulations, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead remote dispatchers and site-based fleet supervisors.
• Oversee maintenance schedules and regulatory compliance.
