Job summary

Mandiri Utama Finance is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to oversee remote operations across multiple territories. The role focuses on optimizing transportation, driving efficiency, and ensuring safety and compliance from a remote location.

You will lead dispersed teams and influence regional logistics strategy. The candidate will manage fleet maintenance, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with procurement to optimize fleets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics, business admin, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in fleet/transport/logistics.
Proven ability to manage remote teams.
Strong understanding of fleet maintenance and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce costs across the region.
Mentor a team of remote dispatchers and site-based fleet supervisors.
