Amartha is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to oversee remote transportation operations across multiple territories. You will lead remote dispatchers and site-based fleet supervisors, optimize fleet performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

This strategic role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI monitoring, and vendor management to improve on-time delivery and cost efficiency. You will shape regional logistics initiatives from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, safety regulations, and supply chain optimization.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce costs across the region.
• Manage and mentor a team of remote dispatchers and site-based fleet supervisors.
• Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.
