Qualifications

• 4+ years in client management, account management, or senior recruitment with client-facing focus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition market.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business needs, company culture, and specific hiring requirements.
• Act as a strategic partner, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
