Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
• Experience: 3-5+ years in headhunting / recruitment with full-cycle delivery.
• Availability: currently no full-time commitments; able to focus on remote project delivery.
• Core Skills: strong JD analysis, resume screening, negotiation, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client JDs, identify recruitment focuses, and provide sourcing guidance.
• QC resumes, give feedback, and ensure high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment from scheduling to onboarding support.
• Track sourcing progress, coach team members, and improve conversion rates.
