Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge in cloud computing, software architecture, networking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
• Remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer technical requirements and business objectives.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Provide expert-level pre-sales technical support throughout the sales cycle.
• Design and propose integrated solutions.
• Conduct proof-of-concept engagements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
