Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales in Indonesia. You will identify strategic accounts, lead consultative AI-powered SaaS discussions, and manage multi-month cycles with C-level stakeholders in a remote-capable role based in Jakarta.

Ideal candidates have 7–12 years in B2B SaaS, a strong network with enterprise clients, and fluency in Indonesian and English. Prior experience with HRS, CDP, SFA, or DMS is a plus; MBA is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field.
• 7–12+ years in B2B Sales or Business Development, enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Experience closing enterprise deals USD 100,000+ and managing long cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycle across Indonesia and SEA.
• Identify and prioritize strategic enterprise accounts.
• Present AI-powered SaaS solutions and conduct consultative discussions.
• Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals.
• Coordinate with Product, CS, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and provide regular forecast updates.
