Job summary
MatchaTalent in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales across Indonesia and SEA, working remotely from Jakarta with full autonomy.
You will manage multi-month sales cycles, engage C-level stakeholders, present AI-powered SaaS solutions, and coordinate with product and success teams to deliver value.
Ideal candidates have 7–12 years in B2B SaaS, a track record closing USD 100k+ deals, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Qualifications
- 7–12 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience closing six- to twelve-month enterprise deals.
- Experience selling to senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong network across Indonesia and multinational environments.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for Indonesia and SEA.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, closing.
- Identify strategic accounts and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Position AI-powered SaaS solutions to address client needs.
- Collaborate with Product, CS, Marketing, and Pre-Sales for delivery.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide pipeline visibility to leadership.
- Represent the company at events and executive meetings.
