Job summary

DACHIN in Bali is seeking a results-driven Sales Acquisition (B2B) to lead and grow our client base in the Bali Area. This role manages the Business Development team, acquires new clients, and supports strategic sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with 1–3 years in B2B sales or business development, and prior leadership experience. A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business/Management is preferred, and willingness to travel within Bali.

Qualifications

1–3 years in business development, B2B sales or client acquisition.
Bachelors/Diploma in Business/Management or related field.
Based in Bali area and willing to travel.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Client visits & territory execution - plan daily visits and monitor product placement and pricing.
Stock assessment - check stock levels and update trackers.
Promote restock & new product - recommend SKUs or bundles based on client history.
Client relationship management - maintain regular communication and build partnerships.
Field insights reporting - capture feedback and share with sales teams.
