Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, HR Operations, or Organisational Design.
• Expertise in organisational design and job architecture, including workforce planning.
• Proven compensation management experience with benchmarking and regulatory awareness.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and HR systems.
• Ability to balance strategy with execution and maintain accuracy in processes.

• Own organisational structure at Influx, ensuring scalability and alignment with goals.
• Manage compensation frameworks and salary adjustments with accuracy and compliance.
• Lead job architecture and position descriptions for clarity and consistency.
