Job summary

Honda Nusantara Group seeks a versatile HR Generalist to join its Balikpapan team. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR policy implementation, and general HR support to ensure a positive employee experience.

You will manage full recruitment, support policy guidance, maintain records, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws. A proactive candidate will contribute to the company's human capital strategy across East Kalimantan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, benefits, and HR policies.
• Maintain HR records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
