Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years HR experience with supervisory or lead exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience supervising HR operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide HR staff in performing their duties effectively.
• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
• Manage employee data and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives.
