Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure employee records in the HRIS with confidentiality.
• Process onboarding and new hire documentation for remote staff.
• Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
• Support recruitment activities and scheduling of interviews.
• Generate HR reports and assist with data analysis on demographics and turnover.
• Coordinate virtual training sessions and company events.
