Pt Doran Sukses Indonesia (Jete Indonesia) is seeking a highly organized Remote Human Resources Coordinator to support a dispersed workforce. This fully remote role focuses on HR administration, employee data, recruitment processes, and HR initiatives to ensure a seamless employee experience across locations.

You will coordinate interviews, prepare offers and contracts, maintain records in the HRIS, support onboarding, and respond to HR inquiries.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR support/administrative experience.
• Familiarity with HR processes and terminology.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication for a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related events.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, such as offers and contracts.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS with accuracy.
