Pt Wira Kusuma is seeking a versatile Remote HR Generalist to support a fully remote workforce. You will handle a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, HRIS administration, and policy implementation, all delivered remotely.

The role emphasizes developing remote-friendly HR practices, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring data integrity across the HRIS while fostering a positive, compliant work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or Law.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience supporting remote employees.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices for remote work.
• Proficiency with HRIS and standard office productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers in a remote setting.
• Manage employee relations, inquiries, and conflict resolution.
• Support performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and ensure data integrity for remote workforce.
• Assist in development and implementation of remote-friendly HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of remote employees.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote positive employee relations and healthy work culture.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and policy violations.
• Guide managers and employees on HR policies and employment law.
