The role requires 10+ years in sales operations, with at least 5 in leadership, strong CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot), and a strategic, cross-functional mindset to align sales, marketing, and finance objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in sales operations
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role
• Proven expertise in CRM administration and optimization (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all sales operations, including sales processes, CRM management, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to improve sales team performance and productivity
• Manage the sales technology stack, including CRM, sales enablement tools, and other relevant platforms
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the sales team and provide regular performance analysis to leadership
• Lead the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and reliability
