Job summary

Terrapeak Group is expanding into the Indonesian market and is seeking a Business Growth Partner to lead new business development for Indonesia. This is a 100% commission-based, remote sales role perfect for an ambitious early- to mid-career professional.

You will connect with new clients, build trust, and close deals. You’ll sell our full suite of services—AI automation, consulting, and training—focusing on SMEs and international companies.

Qualifications

• Proven 1–3+ years in B2B sales with SMEs or SaaS.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Self-driven, remote, results‑oriented; commission-based role.
• Familiar with Indonesian SME market and culture.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn AI automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach, and pitch to potential clients.
• Conduct virtual meetings (and in-person when preferred).
• Present Terrapeak’s value with clarity and professionalism.
• Close deals and hit sales targets in AI and training.
• Collaborate with founders to shape Terrapeak’s presence in Indonesia.
