Job summary
Influx, a fully remote, global company providing 24/7 customer support for brands and tech firms, is seeking a senior, hands-on leader to own the success and operational performance of a diverse client portfolio based in Indonesia. You will bridge customer success, commercial ownership and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Growth, Delivery, HR, Product and Technology, shaping onboarding, delivery, and scalable processes while embracing
Qualifications
- Senior leader with proven experience owning client outcomes and portfolio performance.
- Strong operational delivery and process improvement skills.
- Commercial mindset with focus on margin, retention, and cost to serve.
- Ability to design scalable organizations and leverage technology including AI.
- Excellent cross-functional influencing and leadership of managers.
Responsibilities
- Own client and portfolio performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Lead operational delivery and optimize processes, systems and workflows.
- Own commercial performance, value delivery and margin optimization.
- Drive scalability, tech, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Oversee onboarding, growth readiness and workforce planning.
- Collaborate across Growth, Delivery, HR, Product, and Technology.
