Job summary

Influx is seeking a Korean & English bilingual Customer Service Agent in Indonesia to handle phone, email, and live chat interactions as front-line representatives. This is a 100% remote role supporting international clients from Indonesia.

You will be expected to communicate clearly in Korean and English, with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and to document all interactions accurately in CRM systems. Experience with CRM/ticketing is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in multichannel customer support (phone, email, chat).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong listening and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat per SLAs.
• Provide accurate, empathetic responses across channels.
• Document interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.
• Adapt to seasonal contact volume and maintain professionalism.
