Job summary

Influx, a profitable startup delivering on-demand, 24/7 customer support, is hiring in Indonesia for a full-time remote position. Join a global team of over 1,000 people and help solve customer issues with empathy and clear English communication.

You’ll work from anywhere in Indonesia, focusing on emails, chat, and calls, while collaborating with peers and managers to continuously improve service quality.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position (44 hours per week) that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer questions and solve problems in real time, primarily through email, chat, and phone calls.


• Communicate effectively and with confidence in English via phone, chat, and email.


• Provide clear explanations and empathetic support to customers.


• Collaborate with your manager and peers to achieve goals and continuously improve.

Who You Are

• Fluent in English (spoken and written): This is the most important requirement. You must be confident in handling conversations exclusively in English, as it is the main language at Influx.


• A quick thinker with excellent verbal communication and listening skills.


• A team player who is adaptable and open to continuous learning.


• Empathetic, conscientious, and a person of integrity with a strong focus on achieving results.


• Tech-savvy with proficiency in G Suite (Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, etc.).


• Equipped with a professional setup, including your own laptop and a noise-canceling headset.
