Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Team-oriented with adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Empathetic, conscientious, and results-driven.
• Proficient with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Meet).
• Have a professional setup: laptop and noise-canceling headset.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and resolve issues in real time via email, chat, and phone.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English across channels.
• Provide clear explanations and empathetic support to customers.
