• Skilled in troubleshooting software, mobile apps, or hardware with clarity, patience, and empathy.
• Experience supporting digital financial platforms that offer secure, fast, and seamless cross-border payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of customer interactions on phone, email, and chat
