Balifornie in Bali is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service / Booking Coordinator to bridge French-speaking customers with Indonesian partners. You will manage bookings, coordinate guides and drivers, and communicate via WhatsApp, English, and French from Bali.

Ideal candidates are based in Bali with Indonesian nationality or residency, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, and comfortable with international clients. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a modern remote-work setup.

Qualifications

• Indonesian and currently based in Bali.
• Basic/conversational French required - fluency is a strong advantage
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to communicate in English
• Professional, organised and responsive
• Comfortable communicating with international customers
• Able to work independently and take responsibility
• Good knowledge of Bali is appreciated
• Tourism, hospitality, sales, reservations or customer-service experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers mainly through WhatsApp
• Answering enquiries and assisting customers in French
• Recommending activities and excursions
• Managing and confirming bookings
• Checking availability with local partners
• Coordinating guides, drivers and activity providers
• Sending confirmations and practical information to customers
• Managing booking changes and assisting customers when needed
• Keeping daily operations organised and accurate
