Job summary

EasyRent Bali is seeking a friendly, fast, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Reservation Officer to support travelers and manage reservations in Bali. You’ll thrive on communicating with people and solving problems in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have strong English skills, are organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced setting. Experience in hospitality, tourism, or car rental is a plus, and you will join a team serving international customers daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and common tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp) and reservation systems.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, tourism, or car rental is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and reservations.
• Manage reservations and help customers plan seamless travel experiences.
• Resolve issues promptly with a friendly and professional approach.
