Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for guests via email, chat and text.

• Manage room availability and prevent overbooking.
• Address complaints professionally and escalate when needed; enter maintenance requests from guest feedback.
• Provide property details and process payments.
• Manage bookings, cancellations and follow-ups using CRM.
• Respond to reviews and analyze feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
• Assist property owners and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues.
