Job summary

Equinox Technology LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our Jakarta team. You will follow a proven sales SOP, manage a high-volume inquiry flow via phone, email, and live chat, and close deals for premium furniture.

You’ll leverage AI tools to draft replies and generate sales reports, while building relationships with VIP and corporate customers. You will meet and exceed monthly targets, report progress, and contribute to growth through upsells and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Sales, Telesales, Account Management, or consultative selling with proven targets.
• Fluent written and spoken English at a professional level.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute our proven sales SOP workflow.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets (individual and team).
• Provide product consultations and guide customers through to closing for premium furniture.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage pipeline and follow up on leads through to conversion.
