Job summary

PT Malindo Feedmill TBK is seeking an energetic Field Sales Representative to drive growth across remote accounts and on-site visits as needed. This role emphasizes promoting FMCG products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets from a remote base with occasional travel.

You will manage lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals while delivering excellent service and reporting market insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in a sales role, ideally in FMCG.
• Ability to meet/exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities
