Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with good time management.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote FMCG products, highlighting features and benefits.
• Manage sales activities including lead generation, prospecting and closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback and market conditions.
