Job summary

Yakult Indonesia Persada Pt is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to join the team in a primarily remote role, covering accounts nationwide and visiting client sites as needed. You will promote FMCG products, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth from a remote base while maintaining client engagement.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills, with willingness to travel occasionally and a drive to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Promote and present FMCG products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
