Job summary

Pt Hm Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to promote FMCG products from a remote base. The role focuses on building client relationships, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets through remote and occasional on-site visits.

You will manage lead generation, tailor solutions to customer needs, and report market feedback. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential, along with a valid license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Promote and present FMCG products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
