Job summary

Cermati.Com is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative for an FMCG portfolio, primarily remote with occasional client-site visits. You will promote products, build relationships, and drive sales growth across assigned accounts.

In this role, you will manage lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, while reporting activities and market feedback. A proven sales track record in FMCG, strong communication, and ability to work independently are essential. You may travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Promote and present FMCG products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
