Amartha is seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to drive FMCG product sales remotely while visiting client sites as needed. You will develop relationships, implement sales strategies, and meet targets across the Indonesian market.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time.
• Familiar with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Promote and present FMCG products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
