Delivery-As-A-Service (Daas) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to promote FMCG products remotely, with occasional client site visits in Java (Indonesia). You will manage a sales territory from a remote base while building strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, meeting quotas, and leveraging CRM and reporting tools. Travel is occasional; strong negotiation skills and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Promote and present FMCG products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
