Amartha in Indonesia is seeking a Field Sales Representative for FMCG products. The role is primarily remote with accounts managed from a remote base and occasional client site visits. You will promote, present, and sell FMCG products while building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

Candidates should have proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and drive a valid license.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within territories.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote FMCG products, highlighting features and benefits.
• Manage sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Regularly report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
