Job summary
Prefect is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own the GTM systems, processes, analytics, and rhythms that drive our sales team. You will work with Sales leadership, Finance, Marketing Ops, and Success teams to design, implement, and roll out scalable solutions across the GTM tech stack.
You will drive pipeline health, forecasting, and performance analytics, while owning compensation design and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or equivalent.
- Deep Salesforce expertise with CRM architecture and integration.
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and quota planning.
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment.
- Track record delivering cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the sales operating system and processes.
- Lead sales systems strategy and ensure data trust and adoption.
- Drive pipeline forecasting and sales performance analytics.
- Design and administer sales compensation plans.
- Turn data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives from problem to execution.
