Job summary

Education First is seeking a Business Process & Performance Manager to drive growth through operational excellence, data insights, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead analytics initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and optimize sales operations across the organization.

You will develop dashboards and performance analytics, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure CRM and systems continuously improve.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, CS, IS or related field.
3–6+ years in PM, data analytics, strategy consulting or field ops.
Experience coordinating across departments and leading telemarketing or customer ops is a plus.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
Background in leading multi-project programs with measurable results.
Experience in retail or service (education) sectors is a plus.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis initiatives to support strategic decisions and process improvements.
Manage cross-functional projects and act as project lead when assigned.
Lead and optimize telemarketing teams to hit targets.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for daily management.
Provide data-backed recommendations to executives for growth and efficiency.
Oversee CRM and business systems, drive workflow improvements.
Collaborate across departments to align on strategic priorities.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous operational improvements.
Strategic planning and execution across business units.
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, cost-effective solutions.
Serve as main liaison for the China technology team.
