Job summary

Prefect is seeking an experienced Sr Growth Marketing Manager to own the path from audience to signup to activated user to qualified pipeline across Prefect, Horizon, and Dagster funnels. You will drive attribution, lifecycle marketing, paid and organic acquisition, CRO experiments, and revenue outcomes.

You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Engineering. The role is remote-first with time zones in the US and preference for candidates near NYC, Bay

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth or demand generation at B2B SaaS or developer-focused companies.
• You know how to use channels and campaigns to generate predictable pipeline for sales and self-serve signups.
• Owned an acquisition budget and reported honestly on what it returned.
• Built attribution from close to nothing: campaign taxonomy, UTM structure, funnel model leadership.
• Lifecycle ownership with onboarding and activation sequences with measurable results.
• Comfort being the only person in your function, able to ship without a team.

Responsibilities

• Expand brand awareness and pipeline generation: manage paid and organic acquisition end-to-end.
• Make funnels scalable with defined owners, baselines, and targets.
• Own onboarding, activation, and re-engagement sequences for Horizon signups.
• Organize campaign taxonomy, UTM discipline, and HubSpot-Salesforce handoff for experiments.
• Route audience to product, turning developers into Horizon accounts through in-product paths and CTAs.
