Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to drive new business across Southeast Asia from a remote base in Jakarta. You will identify enterprise accounts, manage long B2B sales cycles, deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Pre-Sales teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and leverage AI-enabled SaaS know-how to address

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or IT fields.
• Minimum 2–5+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development.
• Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles and high-value deals (USD 100,000+).
• Proven ability to own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and engage C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia.
• Build relationships with mid-to-senior-level stakeholders and uncover business needs.
• Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Present AI-powered SaaS and enterprise tech solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Develop tailored sales presentations, proposals, and pitches for local market dynamics.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure CRM accuracy.
